At ZUKI, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. Our jewellery is made with care and we stand fully behind its durability and authenticity. Please read our warranty terms carefully before raising a warranty request.

1. Warranty Coverage

All ZUKI jewellery is covered by a 6-month manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects arising solely from the manufacturing process, including:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Loose stones (where not caused by physical impact)
• Uneven finishing or structural irregularities
• Faulty clasps, hooks, chains, or joints

2. What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover the following:

• Damage caused by regular wear and tear
• Scratches, dents, or bends resulting from physical impact
• Breakage caused by mishandling or accidental damage
• Damage due to improper storage or incorrect cleaning methods
• Loss or theft of the jewellery
• Any issues arising from modifications or repairs carried out by a third party

Note on Silver Tarnishing: Tarnishing of 925 Sterling Silver is a natural and expected process caused by exposure to air, moisture, sweat, perfumes, or chemicals. Tarnishing does not constitute a manufacturing defect and is not covered under this warranty. Regular cleaning and proper storage will help maintain the brilliance of your silver jewellery.

3. Shipping Charges for Warranty Claims

To avail warranty service, please note the following regarding shipping:

• Standard warranty claims: The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways when sending the product for inspection or repair.
• Confirmed manufacturing defects: As a gesture of goodwill, ZUKI will reimburse the inbound shipping cost where a genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed upon inspection.
• ZUKI does not provide free pickup for warranty claims.
• We strongly recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking and insurance when dispatching your jewellery to us.

Tip: Please retain your courier receipt and tracking number. ZUKI will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to our service centre.

4. Repair & Replacement Process

Follow these steps to raise a warranty claim:

1. Email us at care@zukijewels.com with your Order ID and clear photos or a short video of the issue.
2. Our team will review your submission and confirm within 2–3 business days whether the issue qualifies under warranty.
3. If approved, you will be asked to ship the product to our service centre (shipping at your cost, subject to Section 3).
4. Upon receipt, the product will undergo a thorough quality inspection.
5. Outcome after inspection:

• Confirmed manufacturing defect: Repaired or replaced free of charge, with return shipping reimbursement.
• Damage not covered under warranty: A repair quote will be shared for your approval before any work is carried out.

Repair turnaround time: Typically 7–12 working days after we receive the product.

5. Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty will be considered void if:

• The product shows signs of misuse, accident, or neglect
• The jewellery has been altered, resized, or repaired by a third-party jeweller
• The item is returned without its original components (certification, stones, detachable parts, etc.)
• The warranty period of 6 months from the date of delivery has elapsed

6. Proof of Purchase

Warranty claims are valid only when accompanied by the following:

• Original Order ID or purchase invoice
• Registered customer name and contact details

Claims without valid proof of purchase cannot be processed.
