- Warranty Coverage
All ZUKI jewellery comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering:
- Manufacturing defects
- Loose stones (if not caused by impact)
- Uneven finishing or structural issues
- Faulty clasps, hooks, chains, or joints
This warranty ensures that your product is free from defects arising from the manufacturing process.
- What is NOT Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by regular wear and tear
- Scratches, dents, or bends due to impact
- Tarnish or discolouration of silver due to exposure to air, sweat, water, perfumes, or chemicals
- Breakage caused by mishandling
- Damage due to improper storage or cleaning methods
- Loss or theft of the jewellery
- Any issues resulting from modifications or repairs done outside ZUKI
- Shipping Charges for Warranty Claims
To avail warranty service:
- The customer must bear the shipping charges (both ways) when sending the product for inspection or repair.
- ZUKI does not provide free pickup for warranty claims.
- We recommend using a reliable courier with tracking.
Once we receive the product, it will undergo a quality inspection to determine whether the issue falls under warranty.
- Repair / Replacement Process
- Email us at support@zukijewels.in with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/video of the issue
- Our team will review and confirm if the damage qualifies under the warranty.
- If approved, the customer ships the product to our service center (shipping at customer’s cost).
- After inspection:
- Manufacturing defects will be repaired/replaced free of charge
- Damage not covered by warranty will be repaired at an additional charge (quote will be shared before proceeding)
- Repairs typically take 7–12 working days after we receive the product.
- Warranty Void Conditions
The warranty becomes void if:
- Product shows signs of misuse or accident
- Jewellery is altered by a third-party jeweller
- Item is returned without original components (certificate, stones, detachable parts, etc.)
- Proof of Purchase
Warranty is valid only when the customer provides:
- Order ID or invoice
- Registered customer details
