Return Conditions

1. Hassle-free returns within 2 days of delivery
   
   
   • You may raise a return request within 2 days from the date of delivery.
     
     
2. Product must be unused & in original packaging
   
   
   • Items must be:
     • Unused and unworn
     • In their original box/pouch
     • With all tags, labels, and certificates intact
       
       
3. Refund within 7–10 working days after pickup & verification
   
   
   • Once the product is picked up and passes quality inspection, your refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.
     
     

Mandatory Unboxing Video for Claims

To process any claims regarding missing items, damaged products, or incorrect products received, customers must provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is sealed and unopened.

• The video must clearly show:
  • The outer sealed package
  • The opening process
  • The product and contents inside
    
    
• Claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted, as it is required for verification.
  
  

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at support@zukijewels.in with your Order ID.
2. Provide the unboxing video if your claim involves missing/damaged items.

Our team will arrange a pickup and process your refund after QC approval.
