• All our jewellery is crafted using 925 Sterling Silver and/or Lab-Grown Diamonds, depending on the product category.
• While we strive for accuracy, product images may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and handcrafted variations.
• ZUKI reserves the right to modify product specifications, pricing, and availability at any time.

Lab-Grown Diamond Certification: All lab-grown diamond jewellery sold by ZUKI is sourced from verified and reputable suppliers. Certification from recognised gemological laboratories (such as IGI or GIA) is available upon request for eligible pieces. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds and are a responsible, sustainable choice.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• We accept payments through secure payment gateways including Razorpay, Paytm, UPI, and Cards.
• ZUKI does not store or have access to your payment details.

4. Promotions & Offers

From time to time, ZUKI may offer discounts, promotional codes, or limited-time offers. The following conditions apply:

• All promotions and offers are subject to availability and applicable terms specific to each campaign.
• ZUKI reserves the right to modify, extend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion or offer at any time without prior notice.
• Promotional codes are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• ZUKI reserves the right to disqualify any customer found misusing promotions or discount codes.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Your order is confirmed once payment is successful and you receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Custom-made, engraved, or personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

ZUKI reserves the right to cancel any order in case of:

• Payment issues
• Invalid or undeliverable addresses
• Unforeseen stock unavailability

In all such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched based on the timeline mentioned on the product page.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.
• ZUKI is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Return, Exchange & Refunds

• ZUKI reserves the right to accept or reject return/exchange requests after quality check inspection.

8. Warranty & Authenticity

• All products come with a 6-month manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery.
• 925 Sterling Silver jewellery carries BIS-standard purity assurance.
• Lab-grown diamond jewellery may include gemological certification upon request (see Section 2 for details).
• Warranty does not cover damage due to mishandling, improper storage, accidental damage, or general wear and tear.

9. Force Majeure

ZUKI shall not be held liable for any delay, failure to perform, or disruption to services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, or government-imposed restrictions
• Strikes, labour disputes, or industrial action
• Significant disruptions to logistics, courier networks, or supply chains
• Power outages, internet failures, or cyberattacks

In such events, ZUKI will make reasonable efforts to fulfil outstanding orders or communicate delays as soon as practicable. Where fulfilment is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

• All content on the ZUKI website — including images, text, designs, logos, videos, and product descriptions — is the intellectual property of ZUKI by Trilokesh Gems & Jewellers Pvt. Ltd.
