Product Information

All our jewellery is crafted using 925 Sterling Silver and/or Lab-Grown Diamonds, depending on the product category.
While we strive for accuracy, product images may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and handcrafted variations.
ZUKI reserves the right to modify product specifications, pricing, and availability at any time.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without prior notice.
We accept payments through secure payment gateways (Razorpay / Paytm/UPI / Cards).
ZUKI does not store or have access to your payment details.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Order Acceptance

Your order is confirmed once payment is successful and you receive an order confirmation email/WhatsApp.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Custom-made, engraved, or personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
ZUKI reserves the right to cancel any order in case of:
- Payment issues
- Invalid addresses
- Unforeseen stock unavailability

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched based on the timeline mentioned on the product page.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
ZUKI is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

ZUKI reserves the right to accept or reject return/exchange requests after inspection.

Warranty & Authenticity

All products come with a 6-month manufacturing warranty.
925 Silver jewellery carries BIS-standard purity assurance.
Lab-grown diamond jewellery may include certification upon request.
Warranty does not cover damage due to mishandling, improper storage, or wear and tear.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the ZUKI website, including images, text, designs, logos, videos, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of ZUKI.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities
