At ZUKI, we understand that sometimes you may want to exchange your product for a different size, style, or variant. Our exchange process is simple and customer-friendly.
Exchange Eligibility
- Exchange Period: Within 2 Days of Delivery
- You can request an exchange within 2 days from the date the order is delivered.
- Product Condition
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging (box/pouch)
- With all original tags, labels, and certificates intact
- Free from signs of wear, scratches, or damage
- Unboxing Video Requirement
- For any exchange due to missing, damaged, or incorrect items, a full unboxing video from the sealed state is mandatory.
- Claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
- Products showing wear, damage, or missing accessories
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Exchange Process
- Request
- Email us at support@zukijewels.in with your Order ID and reason for exchange.
- Verification
- Provide the unboxing video if the exchange relates to damage, defect, or missing items.
- Pickup
- Our logistics partner will pick up the product within 1–3 working days.
- Quality Check
- Once received, the product will undergo a QC inspection.
- Dispatch of Replacement
- After QC approval, the replacement product will be shipped within 2–4 business days.
Exchange Charges
- First exchange: Free
- Additional exchanges for the same order (if any): Shipping charges may apply based on location.
Conditions for Size Exchanges (If applicable)
- Exchange for ring/bracelet/chain size is permitted once, provided the product is in perfect condition.
- If the requested size costs more (design/weight difference), the customer must pay the difference
